• EXCLUSIONS:

       Alcohol, Apo Reef Entrance fees and fuel, Additional services provided on board, Additional Dive $30, Night Diving $40

• TC – Tour Conductor

       A person who is in charge of the entire schedule and has a companion who travels

together and must be able to coordinate the schedule and requirements with the

company /resort.

• TG – Tour Guide

       A person who belongs to a local company and provides a local guide.

• FOC – Free Of Charge

• The tour schedule is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

• The deposit must be at least 50% of the total package price.

• The deposit is calculated at the exchange rate (USD) on the day.

• The person making the reservation must provide the license and other information at

least 2 weeks in advance.

• Refunds due to changes in the number of people can be negotiated.

• Refunds due to personal reasons can be refunded (80% for 30 days, 50% for 15 days)

of the deposit.

• Refunds are not possible within 15 days of the tour schedule.

• Refunds due to natural disasters (typhoons, low pressure, earthquakes, etc. that make

departure impossible) can be received up to 80% of the total up to 4 days in advance.

If there is no TC on the tour or they do not play a role, you will not receive benefits

(discounts and FOC).

• If the tour is canceled or the schedule is returned due to bad weather or various

variables during the tour, a partial refund will be given.  No refunds will be given for

personal reasons while using the services provided by the resort and the ship.

• Ships with insufficient capacity may accept additional people.

• A group led by TC can receive FOC and financial discounts (approximately 12.5%)

benefits.

• No fee is charged to TC for performing any necessary tasks during the tour.

• FOC for (SCUBA DIVER - 8:1) (FREE DIVER -  10:1) One person's amount is

deducted.

• Those who are responsible or incompetent during the tour with TC can no longer

receive benefits.

• TC benefits are given to those who are responsible and perform their duties regardless

of their qualifications.

• TC must proceed and decide on the tour in consultation with TG during the tour.

TC acknowledges and understands that the tour boat, equipment, etc. is to be left clean,

undamaged condition, in the same condition at the commencement of the rental period. If the

rental equipment is not left in suitable condition, TC acknowledges and understands that

Owner reserves the right to charge the group for any repairs or special cleaning. Additionally,

TC understands and agrees that the Owner reserves the right to charge for any damages,

repairs, replacement or special cleaning of any damaged or lost real or personal property.

The TC agrees that if accident occurs like injury, natural disasters, and sudden death, the

Owner cannot be held responsible for the group. TC understands that any accident, minor or

major, is a result of their own free will. The Owner take no part in any of it.
